She holds a PhD in Hispanic Philology and is a specialist in German and Central European literature, literary critic, and translator. She has lectured at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and at the Goethe-Institut in the same city. She has worked for the newspapers <em>S<\/em>\u00fcddeutsche Zeitung and\u00a0Deutschlandfunk and is a regular writer for ABC Cultural and Babelia, the cultural supplements of ABC and El Pa\u00eds, respectively. She has written \u2018Incisiones. Panorama cr\u00edtico de la narrativa en lengua alemana desde 1945\u2019\u00a0(Galaxia Gutenberg, 2008) and\u00a0\u2018Confluencias. Antolog\u00eda de la mejor narrativa alemana actual\u2019\u00a0(Alpha Decay, 2014). An expert on Peter Handke&#8217;s work, she has translated several of his books and has published \u2018Peter Handke y Espa\u00f1a\u2019\u00a0(Alianza Literaria, 2017).
