Most of his work is published by Anagrama. His books include the novels \u2018En presencia de un payaso\u2019 and \u2018Rep\u00fablica luminosa\u2019\u00a0(Herralde Novel Prize, Prix Fronti\u00e8res and runner-up for the Gregor von Rezzori Prize), the essays<strong>\u00a0\u2018<\/strong>La ceremonia del porno\u2019\u00a0(co-written with Javier Montes; Anagrama Essay Prize) and\u00a0\u2018La risa can\u00edbal\u2019 (Alpha Decay) as well as the literary biography Vida de Guastavino y Guastavino<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>He has also written poetry \u2014his latest poetry collection is \u2018Los a\u00f1os frente al Puente\u2019 (La Bella Varsovia, 2024)\u2014 and is a translator of authors such as Melville, James, Conrad and De Quincey.
