Gisela Ba\u00f1os is a theoretical physicist, writer, proofreader and science, technology and science-fiction communicator. She studied Physics at Leipzig University and has spent more than a decade researching the history and critical analysis of science fiction, particularly its relationship with science and its ability to reflect on the contemporary world. She has contributed to publications including Muy Interesante, Astronom\u00eda and the University of the Basque Country\u2019s Cuaderno de Cultura Cient\u00edfica, and regularly appears on RNE\u2019s programme Cruce de cables. She is the author of El sue\u00f1o de la inteligencia artificial (Shackleton Books), a history of artificial intelligence, and is also active as a science communicator on social media.<\/p>\n
