She has also published the short-story anthology Damas, caballeros y otros planetas (2023) and the essay Dos tardes con Jules Verne (2025). Her most recent book is Diminuta casa encantada (2026). Laura Fern\u00e1ndez is also a journalist and literary and music critic; in recent years, she has written mainly for El Pa\u00eds. She has two children and a stack of Philip K.
