Samanta Schweblin
(Buenos Aires, 1978). Writer. She has lived in Berlin since 2012, where she teaches creative writing. She is one of the most interesting writers of her generation. She has written two novels, Distancia de rescate (2014) and Kentukis (2018). Her other books are short stories, such as Pájaros en la boca (Birds in the Mouth, 2008), Siete casas vacías (Seven Empty Houses, 2015) and El buen mal (The Good Evil), published in 2025 by Seix Barral, which has reissued several of her previous titles. Some of his stories have also been published in The New Yorker.
