Christina Rosenvinge

(Madrid, 1964). Singer-songwriter. Before her solo career, she was part of various groups and the duo Álex & Christina. Her first solo album was Que me parta un rayo, released in 1991. Mi pequeño animal came out in 1994. From 1999 onwards, she lived in New York, where she recorded her first songs in English. Some of her other albums include Lo nuestro and Un hombre rubio. Her book Debut. Cuadernos y canciones (2019) chronicles her creative process. In 2021, she starred in the film Karen by María Pérez Sanz. In 2023, she composed the album Los Versos Sáficos, based on the poems of Sappho of Lesbos and her personal interpretation of them.
