
Martín Caparrós
(Buenos Aires, 1957) graduated in history in Paris, lived in Madrid and New York, edited book and cooking magazines, translated Voltaire, Shakespeare and Quevedo, received the Planeta Prize and the Herralde Novel Prize, the King of Spain International Journalism Prize, and a Guggenheim Fellowship, planted a lemon tree, has a son, and has published several books, including Los Living, winner of the 2011 Herralde Novel Prize, and the essay El Hambre, both published by Anagrama. Sinfín (Literatura Random House, 2020) and Ahorita (Anagrama, 2019) are his most recent publications.
