Once again the Festival is collaborating with the Science, Scepticism and Humour NAUKAS event, which is celebrating a special edition for its fifteenth anniversary.

Magician Imanol Ituiño has prepared a talk for the occasion about the unusual duel that took place in 1924 in the heart of Manhattan. There, the Great Houdini, sceptic and debunker of frauds, faced off against the Spaniard Joaquín de Argamasilla, who claimed to have X-ray vision. Valle-Inclán, father of the esperpento, went so far as to write several passionate articles in defence of the prodigious Argamasilla.
