Aixa de la Cruz
(Bilbao, 1988) She holds a PhD in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature as well as being an author. She has published the novels Cuando fuimos los mejores (Almuzara, 2007), La línea del frente (Salto de Página, 2017) and the collection of short stories Modelos animales (Salto de Página, 2015). She has also contributed to several compilations, such as Última temporada (Lengua de Trapo, 2013) and Bajo treinta (Salto de Página, 2013). Her work in 2019 is ‘Cambiar de idea’ (Caballo de Troya, 2019). Her most recent novel is Las herederas (Alfaguara, 2022).
