Jimina Sabadú

(Madrid, 1981) She is a scriptwriter, writer and director. She has worked in television (La 2, Paramount Chanel, Paramount Comedy), radio (M80, La SER, Punto Radio, M21…), press (El País, El Mundo, Letras Libres, Fotogramas, El Estado Mental…) and cinema (La Máquina de Bailar). She began as a columnist for the journal Mondo Brutto. She has lectured in Literature at the Camilo José Cela University and currently teaches Scriptwriting at Septima Ars. She was awarded the Lengua de Trapo prize in 2010 for ‘Celacanto’ and has published two more fiction books: ‘Los supervivientes‘ and ‘Las palmeras‘. ‘La conquista de Tinder‘ (Turner, 2021) is her latest book.
