Maite Larburu
(Hernani, 1979) She is a professional violinist and singer-songwriter. She works for the Central European early classical music circuit. Between 2002 and 2018, she lived in Amsterdam, where she formed the duo Neighbor with Josh Cheatham. From there, she began writing songs and exploring other musical instruments. Neighbor released two albums: ‘Ura patrikan’ and ‘HAU’. In 2019, Maite Larburu released her first solo album, ‘Hezurren Azpian’. ‘KRAK‘ is her fourth album, released at the end of 2021.She has also worked in the Arratsean programme on Euskadi Irratia and in the daily newspaper Berria.
