Tatiana Tîbuleac

Chișinău, Moldova, 1979. Holder of a degree in Journalism, she became famous as a press columnist and television presenter working on social programmes. In 2014 she published the book of stories ‘Modern Fables’ and two years later her first novel, ‘The Summer When My Mother’s Eyes Were Green’, which made her a literary phenomenon in Romania and in France, similar to what has taken place in Spain since its publication by Impedimenta in 2019. Her second novel is ´The Glass Garden´, which has not yet been published in Spanish. At present, she continues to work as a journalist and lives in Paris. She has received several prizes, notably including those awarded by the Union of Moldovan Writers and the Romanian literary magazine Observator Cultura.
