(Mexico, 1973) has investigated subjects as diverse as the ergonomics of toilets, the side effects of drugs against erectile dysfunction and eccentricity in the Latin American literature of the first half of the 20th century. Anagrama has published all of his novels, which have been translated into more than a dozen languages: Fiesta en la madriguera, Si viviéramos en un lugar normal and Te vendo un perro. His last novel is No le digas a nadie que me crea, which earned him the 34th Herralde Novel Prize.
